LaunchChair Privacy
LaunchChair privacy information covering account data, project data commitments, processors, and service operation.
Important
LaunchChair is workflow software. It helps users structure context, generate prompts, organize execution, and move projects forward. It does not guarantee business, technical, legal, financial, or product outcomes. Users remain responsible for how they interpret and apply outputs from the app and from any connected LLMs or third-party tools.
Privacy summary
LaunchChair processes personal data needed to operate accounts, workspaces, billing, and support the requested service.
• Personal data may include account identifiers, email address, workspace metadata, project content, billing identifiers, and app activity needed to run the service.
• We process data to provide authentication, workspace functionality, service security, billing, support, and optional analytics where consent applies.
• We may share data with service providers that support hosting, authentication, billing, and analytics.
• Users should not treat the app as a repository for sensitive regulated personal data unless that use has been separately assessed.
Project data commitments
LaunchChair is built to help users structure and move their work forward, not to repurpose their project data.
• We do not use user project data to train LaunchChair models.
• We do not repurpose user project data for advertising or unrelated commercial profiling.
• Project data is handled to operate the product features the user requests, maintain the service, and support security, billing, and support workflows.
• Keeping project data safe and limiting unnecessary use of that data is a core product principle for LaunchChair.
Billing and third-party processors
• Stripe is used for hosted checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and billing operations.
• Supabase is used for authentication and core data infrastructure.
• PostHog is used for optional analytics only after consent.
• Third-party providers may process data according to their own terms, privacy notices, and security controls.
